With regards to the safety restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our conference will now take place in a complete remote way. Next IAWIS conference (in 2023) will find us in person again.

As this new format means you will not profit from the on-site activities and the catering, we are adapting the registration fees accordingly:

-regular speakers and scholars: 50 €
-free entrance for Young Scholars (PhD Candidates or Postdocs) and attendees.

Refunds are planned for those who have already paid these fees.

Even though we would have very much enjoyed to welcome all of you on the futuristic campus built on the industrial wasteland of the steel basin, we believe the multifariousness of the conference will not be impaired. Our academic sessions will be easily accessible through Webex and we even found a way to stream our exciting artistic events.
